We understand that sometimes plans can change, and we are happy to accommodate those changes whenever possible. However, to ensure the sustainability of our business and maintain the exceptional service standards we uphold, we have established the following Non-Refund Policy with Service Date Change Allowance:
1. Service Date Changes:
a. Rescheduling: Customers may request to reschedule their service date.
2. Cancellations:
a. Cancellation Policy: We do not offer refunds for cancellations. However, if you must cancel, we encourage you to consider rescheduling your service to a more convenient date
3. Service Credits:
a. Service Credits: In lieu of refunds, we offer service credits for the total value of your booking, which can be applied toward a future service within 12 months from the original booking date.
4. No-Show Policy:
a. No-Show Policy: If our team arrives at the designated service location, and you are not available or fail to provide access, it will be considered a "no-show." No-shows are not eligible for refunds or service credits.
