Service Policy

  1.  Booking Policy: Customers can book our  decorating service through our website or call/text 808-498-6206. A booking confirmation will be sent to the customer's email address or phone number. A minimum of 2 weeks notice is required for booking the service.

  2. Pricing Policy: Our decorating service is priced based on the size of the room, the complexity of the decoration, and the materials used. Our prices are transparent and all-inclusive, meaning that there will be no additional charges added at the end of the service.

  3. Cancellation Policy: All sales are final however customers can cancel their booking up to 72 hours before the scheduled service time and reschedule service for a more convenient date.

  4. Payment Policy: All events requires a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is due in full at least one week prior to the event. If payment is not made, the service will not be fulfilled.

  5. Arrival Policy: Our team will arrive at the event at the scheduled service time. If there are any delays, the customer will be notified immediately.

  6. Liability Policy: Our room decorating service company is not liable for any damage to the room or its contents caused by the customer or our team during the service. Customers are responsible for any damages that occur as a result of their actions.

  7. Satisfaction Policy: We strive to provide our customers with the highest level of satisfaction. If for any reason a customer is not satisfied with our service, they can contact us within 24 hours of the service completion to discuss the issue and find a solution.
