How far should I book in advance?

We prefer you book at least 3-4 weeks in advance. We can except last minute requests depending on our availability and certain add ons or customized products may not be available.

A: Yes, we offer delivery and setup of our balloon decorations for your convenience. Our team will work with you to coordinate a delivery time that is convenient for you and ensure that your decorations are set up to your satisfaction.

Q: How far in advance do I need to cancel or reschedule my balloon decorating service?
A: We understand that plans can change, and we are happy to accommodate cancellations or rescheduling with advance notice. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your booking.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds as a standard policy. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we want to ensure our customers have flexibility.Instead of refunds, we do provide the option to reschedule your event. If you encounter any challenges with the originally scheduled date, please let us know, and we will work with you to find an alternative date that accommodates your needs.We believe this rescheduling option allows our customers to navigate unexpected situations while still enjoying our services at a time that suits them best.

Are Deposits Refundable?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.The remaining balance is due in full at least one week prior to event.

Do you work with all Hotels, VRBOs and Air BNB? How Do You Get Into My Room?

We work with almost all resorts and vacation rentals. We will check with them after you place a request and make sure there are no issues. If you have already checked in , we request that all valuables be placed in the safe and a room key be left at the front desk under our name so that we may enter when you are out of the room. If you haven't checked in yet, you will leave our name with the hotel and we will handle the rest.

Do you decorate on other islands?

Currently we are only servicing the island of Oahu and Kailua-Kona.

Do you do staycations? or home decoration if I live on Oahu? Do you have Kama'aina?

Yes we do. If you are a resident we can come to your home to decorate and yes we do offer a Kama'aina discount.
